Salwar Khameez

A Salwar Khameez is a 3-piece outfit including a longer top, pants and a medium size dupatta. The top and pants can vary greatly, but the top usually falls straight down to the knees or slightly above (unlike an Anarkali which is much more flowy from the waist down and falls almost to the ankle).

A Salwar Khameez can be worn to any event. The more elaborate ones can be worn to weddings and receptions, and more modern ones can be worn to cocktail parties.
