Rental Agreement

1. I agree to a $35 rental fee for each outfit I rent which will cover any major damage done to the item during the rental period, as well as delays with returning the item.
2. I agree to do my best to take care of the outfit so other ladies can enjoy it just as much as I do
3. Major damage includes any types of rips or tears on any part of the outfit, any major beading work that is missing or has fallen off, missing pieces and/or stains that cannot be removed with dry cleaning. Something Silk has all rights to determine what qualifies as major damage.
4. I understand that Something Silk is not responsible for mail carrier/postal service delays
5. By choosing a rental period, I am agreeing that the return post mark day will be the day after that period. For example, if I rent for 4 days, the post mark date is the 5th day. For every day a return is delayed, I will be charged an additional $5, up to a max of $20 / 4 days late. After that, I will be charged the full cost of the outfit to the credit card SS has on file. The full cost will be included in the package.
